Hotel staff were very entertaining, especially the "entertainment staff" who always managed to make me laugh. The tour desk was helpful in planning my activities, and the children's playground was a great place to relax. Oh, and the beach restaurant had a special menu - so fancy!
Who needs a 24-hour front desk or an airport shuttle? Such unnecessary conveniences.

The location of the lodge is exceptional, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away where you can snorkel and spot turtles. the gardens and surroundings are attractive, providing a lovely setting for a family vacation. the staff are friendly and always ready to help. the rooms are well presented and the bedding and linens are clean. the lodge also offers a small pool to enjoy.
Some areas of the rooms could be cleaner, such as the windows and blinds, and the bathroom ceiling had a hole in it.

The location of the lodge was excellent, with easy access to a beautiful beach and great diving spots. The beach was full of coral reefs and turtles, making it perfect for snorkeling and diving. The staff at the lodge were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.- The lodge had a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, with lovely little bungalows surrounded by a beautiful garden. It was a perfect escape from the crowded and noisy resorts.
The food at the lodge was not always up to par, with inconsistent quality. However, this may vary from person to person and should not deter you from staying here.

The room had a fantastic view of the mountains and pool, making it a picturesque sight to wake up to. As a nature lover, this was definitely a plus for me! I really enjoyed the terrace in the room, which offered a great view of the pool. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the surroundings. The seating area with a satellite TV was a nice touch, giving me a cozy spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom was clean and had a bath or shower, allowing me to freshen up comfortably.
Personally, I would have preferred if the room had a dining table. However, I understand that this may not be a priority for everyone and it didn't take away from my overall experience.
